Sivalingam Tharani Manohari's Story

Choosing a path in education requires commitment, patience, and a genuine desire to support learners. My academic journey at Apax Campus, where I followed the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Education, helped me develop these qualities while shaping me into a confident and reflective educator.

The B.Ed program provided in-depth exposure to teaching methodologies, learner psychology, and classroom practices. Through structured coursework, lesson planning activities, and supervised teaching practice, I gained practical insights into how effective teaching can positively influence student learning and development.

The lecturers and academic mentors at Apax Campus were consistently supportive and encouraging. Their guidance, constructive feedback, and real classroom insights helped me strengthen my teaching approach and approach challenges with confidence. Interactive workshops and collaborative learning sessions further enhanced my professional skills.

Beyond academic learning, Apax Campus helped me grow personally by developing communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and leadership qualities. The inclusive and student-centered environment made my learning journey both meaningful and motivating.

Today, I move forward as a prepared and passionate educator, ready to create supportive learning environments and contribute positively to the education sector. My experience at Apax Campus has given me a strong foundation to continue growing and making a difference through teaching.
