Mohamed Nisar Mohamed Ashif's Story

Growth often begins when we challenge ourselves to step into a role of responsibility. My experience at Apax Campus, where I followed the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Education, allowed me to develop the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to become an effective educator.

The B.Ed program emphasized both understanding learners and delivering meaningful instruction. Through studies in teaching strategies, classroom management, curriculum planning, and assessment techniques, combined with hands-on teaching practice, I learned how to create structured, engaging, and supportive learning environments.

The academic team at Apax Campus were dedicated mentors throughout my journey. Their guidance, practical advice, and constructive feedback helped me refine my teaching approach and confidently handle classroom challenges. Interactive workshops, peer learning, and teaching demonstrations enriched my professional development.

Beyond academic knowledge, Apax Campus supported my personal growth by strengthening skills such as communication, leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability. The positive learning culture encouraged self-reflection and continuous improvement.

Today, I move forward as a motivated and prepared educator, ready to guide learners, contribute positively to schools, and continue growing within the field of education. My journey at Apax Campus has laid a strong foundation for a purposeful and impactful teaching career.
