Hamsa Lebbe Ismathul Naseeha's Story

Teaching English has always been more than a subject to me—it is a way to connect, communicate, and empower others. My journey at Apax Campus, pursuing the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), transformed this passion into practical skills and professional confidence.

The TESL program offered a perfect balance of language theory, teaching methodology, and practical classroom experience. Through interactive lessons, teaching practice sessions, and workshops, I learned how to design engaging activities, address the diverse needs of learners, and create a supportive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn.

The faculty at Apax Campus were always approachable and encouraging. Their mentorship, constructive feedback, and guidance helped me refine my teaching strategies and build the confidence needed to succeed in real classrooms. Practical teaching sessions, lesson observations, and reflective exercises allowed me to apply theory to practice effectively.

Beyond teaching skills, Apax Campus helped me develop essential professional and personal qualities such as communication, leadership, adaptability, and cultural awareness. The collaborative and student-focused environment made my learning journey enriching and inspiring.

Thanks to Apax Campus, I have grown into a confident, skilled, and passionate TESL educator. Today, I am ready to inspire learners, make English learning enjoyable, and contribute meaningfully to their academic and personal growth.
